What data we process

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts. Apart from the server logs described below, we do not collect personal data through the website. The calculator runs in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to us.

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes server logs that may include IP addresses and browser information as part of standard web hosting operations. It does so on our behalf, under its data processing agreement.

If you contact us via email, we process your email address and message content to respond to your inquiry.

Legal basis

Server log processing: legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Email correspondence: legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) and our email provider (Google Workspace). We do not sell your data, or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Vercel and Google may process data in the USA. Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are both certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which covers transfers of personal data to them.

Retention

Vercel keeps server logs for a short period under its own retention policy. We keep emails as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at niklas@fidelityhorizon.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
